Taskers Living hosts VIP launch of The Villas in North Fremantle
Western Suburbs Weekly
At the VIP evening 40 invited guests enjoyed canapes and drinks, and had the chance to tour the completed home and meet developer and builder Gary Dempsey and architect Craig Steere.
The public opening saw 150 people take advantage of the opportunity to walk through the latest stage of the project and the Taskers communal areas, while enjoying refreshments supplied by the onsite cafe.
“There has always been strong interest surrounding The Villas and their highly anticipated completion, so we were thrilled with the overwhelming response – it is an extremely positive sign for the Perth property market,” Taskers Living sales manager Stephen Vitale said.
“There was a great atmosphere in the townhouse, with people wandering through the display then exploring the private gardens.
“The general feedback was that Taskers has again delivered on the quality it is known for.”
Mr Vitale said, while many people in the area had already heard about Taskers and viewed the apartments, The Villas was a unique product.
“This stage consists of just eight homes and will be the only release of luxurious town homes within the development,” he said.
“Purchasers of the villas will own their own parcel of land while remaining a part of the Taskers community, with access to the facilities synonymous with apartment living, such as a resort-style pool, commercial gym, sauna and also the expansive gardens and outdoor entertaining areas,” he said.
Each home will provide up to 412sq m of luxuriously appointed internal living space over three storeys and residents will enjoy breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and garden outlooks.
The homes will include indoor and outdoor living and entertainment areas, between three and five generously sized bedrooms, a three-car garage, guest suite or theatre room, and an optional state-of-the-art Schindler elevator. Quality finishes and fixtures will include stone benchtops, American oak and travertine flooring, 3m high ceilings, and Gaggenau appliances.
A unique feature of The Villas is that buyers will be able to customise the interior design of their home in consultation with the project team to create a home that reflects their style.
Prices for The Villas start from $1.995 million.
